1. Purpose of the Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of all services provided under the Sylkène brand including:

• E-commerce services (wig purchase accessories beauty products)
• Digital services (AI hair-try-on generated images online consultations)
• User accounts subscriptions and any related functionality

By accessing or using our websites or services you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Upload only content you have the rights and consent to use.

• Save and download generated results

• Interact with customer support

You may not:

• Upload images of minors
• Upload explicit violent hateful illegal or discriminatory content
• Upload photos of someone else without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer extract or replicate our AI models
• Scrape or automate usage without permission
• Circumvent payment systems credits or platform limits
• Use our outputs for misleading advertising (“deepfakes” false endorsements impersonation)

We reserve the right to block or report abusive use.

5. AI Try-On and Generated Content

5.1 Ownership

• You retain ownership of your original uploaded photos.
• Sylkène owns the AI technology models processes and platform.
• You receive a personal non-exclusive non-transferable license to use generated results.

5.2 Accuracy & Limitations

AI results are previews only not a guarantee of final product appearance.

Colors styles and proportions may vary due to lighting compression face angle and hair segmentation limitations.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not use generated images to:

• Misrepresent yourself or others
• Promote third-party wigs without disclosure
• Train or fine-tune other AI models
• Claim intellectual property over Sylkène’s AI outputs

6. E-Commerce (Purchases Returns Shipping)

6.1 Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate descriptions but variations in color and appearance may occur. Images are for guidance only.

6.2 Orders

An order is accepted only after:

• Payment is validated
• You receive an order confirmation email
• The order is not flagged for fraud or error

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders.

6.3 Prices & Taxes

Prices are shown with applicable taxes depending on region. Shipping fees appear during checkout.

6.4 Returns & Refunds

Return policies vary by product type (wigs accessories digital items).

Hygiene rules may restrict returns of certain items such as lace wigs once worn.

Digital credits or AI services consumed cannot be refunded.

7. Subscriptions Credits & Payments

Some services may use:

• One-off credits
• Subscriptions
• Pay-per-use billing

Credits consumed are non-refundable.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You must ensure your payment method remains valid.

8. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce distribute or create derivative works from our materials without written authorization.

You retain ownership of:

• User-uploaded photos
• Personal data
• User-generated comments or messages (unless violating the law)

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with:

• CPRA (California)
• Other applicable privacy regulations

10. Storage & Deletion of Images

• Uploaded photos are used solely to generate AI Try-On results
• May be deleted automatically if not saved
• Can be deleted by the user at any time
• May be stored securely if you explicitly save them to your account

We do not use your images to train AI models unless you give explicit consent.

11. Service Availability

We may modify suspend or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice including:

• AI models
• Features
• User accounts
• E-commerce systems

We are not liable for:

• Downtime

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided “as is” without guarantees.

13. Termination

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Disputes will be resolved before:
